Kamaboko is the classic Japanese steamed fish cake — a firm, springy loaf made from pureed white fish, steamed until smooth and sliceable. This pink version adds a festive pop of color that brightens any bowl: those familiar rosy slices floating on top of ramen and udon, or arranged neatly in oden and New Year platters. Mild, lightly sweet, and ready to eat straight from the package.
