Our Smoke Salmon was made by our hands at our Smoke House in Vancouver. Cold-smoked only using Maple wood chips and rock salt, and brings you gorgeous aroma and soft texture.

Smoke House operates the highest food safety and certified as HACCP Federal Registration.

We ship same products to Japan as well and winter holiday season is the only chance you can get our freshly smoked salmon at your home or for shipping to Japan.
