Product description
Restaurant-quality tuna poke, minus the knife work. These sashimi-grade yellowfin tuna cubes are pre-cut to a ready-to-use size and flash-frozen to lock in their clean, meaty flavor and firm, steak-like bite. Each pack holds approximately 120–125g of bite-size cubes, a single generous portion for one poke bowl or tartare appetizer.
Storage & Handling
Keep frozen until ready to use.
Best method: place the sealed pack on a plate in the refrigerator and thaw for a few hours (small cubes thaw quickly).
In a hurry: submerge the sealed pack in cold water for 30–60 minutes, changing the water every 30 minutes. Never use warm or hot water.
Never thaw at room temperature.
Once thawed, open the pack, drain any liquid, pat the cubes gently dry, and enjoy the same day. Do not refreeze.
