Product description
The sushi-bar favorite, ready in minutes. These cubes are cut from premium sashimi-grade hamachi (yellowtail) — prized for its rich, buttery flavor and silky, almost creamy texture — then flash-frozen to preserve it at its best. Each bag holds approximately 115–120g of bite-size cubes, a single portion built for poke bowls, tartare, sushi rolls, or sashimi-style plates.
Storage & Handling
Keep frozen until ready to use.
Best method: place the sealed pack on a plate in the refrigerator and thaw for a few hours (small cubes thaw quickly).
In a hurry: submerge the sealed pack in cold water for 30–60 minutes, changing the water every 30 minutes. Never use warm or hot water.
Never thaw at room temperature.
Once thawed, open the pack, drain any liquid, pat the cubes gently dry, and enjoy the same day. Do not refreeze.
