Product description

Wild sockeye salmon — ruby-red, bold-flavoured, firm-textured — cut crosswise into bone-in steaks. The bone does real work here: it bastes the flesh from within as it cooks, keeping the lean meat juicy, and makes the steak easy to handle on the grill. Each pack contains 2 steaks (180–320g total). Flash-frozen to hold its just-caught quality; rich in omega-3s, protein, vitamin D and B12.

Storage & Handling

  • Keep frozen until ready to use.

  • Best method: place the sealed pack on a plate in the refrigerator and thaw overnight (8–12 hours).

  • In a hurry: submerge the sealed pack in cold water for 30–60 minutes, changing the water every 30 minutes. Never use warm or hot water.

  • Never thaw at room temperature.

  • Once thawed, remove the packaging, pat dry, and enjoy within 24 hours. Do not refreeze.
